年々父の腕があがって、シャインさんも粒が大きく実が揃って収穫できるようになってきました。
野菜のピークの6月後半から、父は1人でシャインさんにかかりきり。
野菜と果物の二足のわらじは人手がないと成り立ちません。
野菜は種を蒔き直すというリカバリー方法がありますが、苗木から4年経たないと実がつかないシャインは失敗してもリカバリーは数年先。
後戻りできない毎日の真剣勝負。
さらに開花から三日しか受粉の時期がないし、摘花、摘粒、種なし処理などなど、とにかく作業工程が多くて細かい🧐。
